Canada National Talent Service signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Canada-China Pension Industry Development Corporation
(<Health Life Report> reported on February 28th, 2018) Today at its Toronto office of Canada National Talent Service, a signing ceremony is held to celebrate the cooperation between Canada National Talent Service on behalf of Sichuan Health Overseas Workstation, and Canada-China Pension Industry Development Corporation.
A strategic cooperation agreement was formally signed between Mr. Zhang Zhiqiang (Jeff), executive director of Canada National Talent Service, and Mr. Fu Qiang (Jacky), General Manager of Canada-China Pension Industry Development Corporation. The agreement mainly includes:
The two parties will jointly promote the development of health industry in Sichuan province. Sichuan Health Overseas Workstations will assist to build high-end nursing homes in Chengdu. Canada-China Pension Industry Development Corporation, with its own strong financial strength and its mature systems and concepts on Canadian pension management, will be stationed in Chengdu Health Industry District. The construction project of nursing homes is expected to commence in Chengdu in May 2018.
Meanwhile, Canada-China Pension Industry Development Corporation will officially become a senior division-member of Canada National Talent Service.
Canada National Talent Service is registered with Canada federal government as a non-profit organization. As a strategic dynamic think tank, a talent pool is the platform connecting Canada and other countries and regions around the world. It is intended to build a high-end human resource system, to promote talent exchanges and project flows, and to build a harmonious and mutual beneficial ecological development.
The CCAD team is made up of professionals in various fields of Canadian pension industry. It provides thoughtful and professional advice and service in development, construction, operation of nursing homes, pension real estate, community planning and designing, pension service technical supporting and training in nursing homes, in exchanging and visiting of senior practitioners, and other aspects as medical care and welfare equipment for elderly.
Victoria House is a senior private nursing home with a history of 16 years managed by CCAD in Canada, and it is also a high-end brand in pension under CCAD. CCAD takes charge of the planning and designing of the CIM, the “one-stop” large retirement community, which started its construction in Toronto in June 2017. CCAD will also be responsible for the operational management of this retirement community after its completion. Meanwhile CCAD is also a member of Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA). The Nursing Home Management and Geriatric Service Institute of Seneca College well known in Canada has established a strategic partnership with CCAD. CCAD has also established a deep cooperative relationship with well-known local pension organizations in Canada such as Chartwell, Revera Schlegel etc.
